What We Do
Structural Solutions, LLC, Precision Piling System is a fast and economic method of pile installation. This system is adequate enough to be installed to support new structures. It consists of segmental concrete piles which are installed by pushing with a hydraulic ram. Each segment is a concrete cylinder. The nominal capacity of each of these segments is 6,500 psi.
The other component of the system consists of long steel rods which are placed in the center hole and extended between the concrete segments with an offset. A starter plate is installed after the first concrete cylinder to create the offset.
The concrete segments are hydraulically pushed into the ground until point of refusal is met. Using a calibrated jack the piles are set and the actual ultimate capacity is determined.
